9.4  SwayStar™ OPERATES SLOWER THAN NORMAL

This indicates that your computer resources are low. When your computer’s RAM is fully utilized, resource swapping will occur between the RAM and hard disk. This takes time and slows down the operation of the program.

SOLUTION: Close down the SwayStar™ program and reopen. This will clear the memory.

            NOTE: Another symptom of low resources is that the program simply stops operating or images do not appear. This may occur when too many programs are open at once; for instance, if SwayStar™, PowerPoint, WORD, Wordpad, EXCEL are open at the same time. This depends completely on your computer.

SOLUTION: Shut down as many programs as possible. It may be necessary to Shut Down completely and restart your computer. All unsaved data will be lost. It is best to pay attention to resource capacity and to refrain from opening too many programs at one time.
